Return and Refund facility.
Glamour understands that sometimes items may need to be returned, and we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items they are not completely satisfied with. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method.
If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. But Damages occurred by the customer, or used products will not be entertained for a refund/Exchange.
Customers should contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving a defective or damaged item to initiate the replacement process.
In the event that a customer wishes to cancel an order before it has shipped, they may do so and receive a full refund to their original payment method. If an order has already shipped, the customer must follow our return policy to receive a refund.
